Mater Misericordiae University Hospital
The project involved the outfitting of a Hyper Acute Stroke Unit (HASU) and The Medicine of Elderly Outpatient Facilities Unit on Level 5 South of the Whitty Building, Mater Hospital. The Hyper Acute Stroke Unit (HASU) consists of 6 single cubicle wards and support service facilities. The Medicine of Elderly Outpatient Facilities comprises clinical rooms, nurse offices, treatment rooms, administration/reception areas, waiting areas, and support areas.

Sallynoggin
Community and Senior Centre
The Sallynoggin Senior Centre project was undertaken in Sallynoggin, aiming to provide a comprehensive facility for senior community members. This construction initiative included the development of a robust substructure, durable external and internal walls, efficient roofing systems, and aesthetic finishes. It also encompassed mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment. Landscaping was carried out to enhance the centre's exterior appeal, making it a welcoming space for its users.

Cappagh Hospital
As the main contractor, Linham successfully refurbished the historic Convent House at Cappagh Hospital, Dublin. This extensive project revitalised a deteriorating structure into a modern office space, preserving original features while ensuring functionality. Emergency Department
