Ballyogan Library Fit-Out
Linham was proudly appointed as the main contractor for the complete internal refurbishment and fit-out of the Ballyogan Library, located within the Samuel Beckett Civic Campus in Dublin 18. The project scope included internal demolition, structural alterations, and the full installation of new mechanical and electrical systems across both the ground and first floors. Our team successfully integrated modern services within an existing structure while maintaining functionality and ensuring compliance with current building regulations.

In collaboration with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council (DLRCC) and project engineers, we created a high-spec public space tailored to the community’s evolving needs. This included custom joinery, improved accessibility features, enhanced lighting and ventilation, and a newly constructed outdoor playground equipped with power and lighting systems. Throughout the duration of the project, we managed over 90 change orders, adapting in real-time to design developments and client requests, ensuring a smooth delivery without compromising quality.

The result is a vibrant, accessible, and future-ready civic facility that reflects both community values and modern design standards. From project kick-off to handover, Linham ensured a seamless construction experience through proactive coordination, transparent communication, and meticulous attention to detail. The Ballyogan Library fit-out stands as a testament to our commitment to creating spaces that serve, inspire, and endure.
